John Putt has been an active residential and land real estate practitioner in the Colorado marketplace since 2003.  John focuses on developing long term relationships with his clients to execute both short and long-term real estate strategies.

Before opening the Evergreen Windermere Real Estate office in June 2017, John and his wife Yvette were recognized as leading residential and land real estate professionals for Sotheby’s International Realty. Prior to Sotheby’s International Realty, John and Yvette worked for Fuller Towne & Country Properties for six years specializing in mountain residential and land sales and development. John is known for his strong work ethic, superb attention to detail and unparalleled knowledge of the market.  He is a valuable resource for clients, bringing forth in-depth market knowledge and strong analytical and negotiating skills.
